The new tolls features Gubagoo chat specialists who will be involved in conversations when needed, and dealers will continue to have the ability to jump into any conversation at any point. Company officials noted Guba IQ will not address inquiries outside of automotive, which is a common issue when leveraging chats that are based on ChatGPT models.
