Southlake, Texas – May 6, 2026 — Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions, a leading automotive dealership brokerage firm, is pleased to announce the sale of Waco Mitsubishi in Waco, Texas, from Levi Douglass of Douglass Automotive Group to the Khoury Group, led by Nick Khoury. The dealership will continue operating as Waco Mitsubishi under its new ownership.
Pinnacle represented Levi Douglass and Douglass Automotive Group in the transaction, marking its first completed deal with the organization.
