In the first six weeks of 2024, CDK has announced multi-year renewal with four dealerships that have dealerships in 20 states across the U.S.
The first deal announced on Jan. 7 was an agreement Findlay Automotive Group, one of the largest privately held dealership groups in the U.S. CDK will provide its 35 dealerships with the CDK Dealership Xperience, an open and integrated platform that transforms how dealerships sell and service cars and operate their businesses in a digital world.
Findlay—ranked 21st on the 2024 Automotive News Top 150 Dealership Groups—serves customers across five states including, Arizona, Idaho, Nevada, Utah and Washington, has been a CDK customer of more than 20 years.

Hudson Agreement
That was followed by Hudson Automotive Group, one of the top five privately held dealership groups in the U.S., agreeing to have CDK provide its 51 dealerships with the CDK Dealership Xperience, Hudson plans to take advantage of the CDK CRM and Fixed Operations solutions to help further accelerate its operations and maintain life-long relationships with its customers.
A top 20 dealership group, Hudson serves customers throughout Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina and Tennessee.

Tasca Deal
Tasca Automotive Group, a fourth generation family-owned and operated dealer group, will continue having CDK provide its 29 dealerships with the CDK Dealership Xperience.
Tasca Automotive has been a CDK customer for more than 30 years. Founded in 1943 by Bob Tasca, Sr., the company has grown into a multistate, multi-franchise organization serving customers throughout Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island.

Fred Beans Renewal
The most recent agreement had Fred Beans Automotive Group renewing its service with CDK to provide its 30 dealerships with the CDK Dealership Xperience. The group will also continue leveraging CDK Parts Delivery Management, a solution that tracks customer parts orders from sale to delivery, as the backbone of its parts warehouse and distribution center.
Fred Beans Automotive Group has been a partner with CDK going back to the early 2010s. The group offers new vehicles from more than 20 OEM brands and serves customers throughout southeastern Pennsylvania and central eastern New Jersey.
