Group discounts are available for 4+ registrations. Groups of 4-7 receive a 10% discount per registration and groups of 8+ receive a 15% discount per registration. A point person must register all attendees at the same time and with the same form of payment for the group discount to be activated at checkout.

HOW DO I MAKE MY HOTEL RESERVATIONS?
I AM REGISTERED, BUT CANNOT ATTEND. CAN I CANCEL OR TRANSFER MY REGISTRATION?
For cancellation requests, please contact customer service.
– For cancellation requests more than 60 days from the event, 100% of the registration payment is refundable, but there will be a $50 processing fee.
– For cancellation requests 30-60 days before the event, 50% of the registration payment can be refunded.
– Cancellations less than 30 days from the event are not eligible for refunds or credits towards registration for a future show. Please click here to contact customer service.

In addition, the staff of Digital Dealer consults with a wide variety of automotive industry leaders to create relevant and actionable content for each and every Digital Dealer Conference & Expo event.
CAN I RECORD WHAT IS PRESENTED AT DIGITAL DEALER® CONFERENCE & EXPO?
Sessions may be audio recorded for personal use only. They cannot be placed online or transmitted to others without permission. Sessions may not be videoed without special permission. As a general guide, non-contiguous audio and video clips of three minutes or less should be shared frequently online, making your friends at home as jealous as possible.
