AutoNation, analytics company Zubie join to monitor cars’ service needs, from Automotive News.
Some AutoNation Inc. dealerships’ service advisers will know which vehicles need fixing before they even talk to the driver, thanks to a new partnership with vehicle analytics company Zubie.
The partnership will help dealerships organize service requests, bring business back to the service bays and encourage customers to return to their local AutoNation stores for maintenance and repairs.
“Zubie’s solution will help improve relationships between AutoNation and our customers by giving them a source of information about the service needs of their vehicles,” AutoNation Chief Information Officer Allan Stejskal said in a statement. “We expect that we will be able to improve customer satisfaction and customer retention.”
