Jessie is a Senior Product Marketer at CDK, responsible for assisting dealerships with the CDK Modern Retail portfolio, including CRM solutions that empower automotive retailers to address operational challenges, strengthen customer engagement, and accelerate business growth. Jessie manages critical dealership workflows that benefit from hybrid intelligence, including go-to-market strategies for CRM AIVA – CDK’s Artificial Intelligence Virtual Assistant – as well as other emerging technologies. She has deep experience in event operations, having led CDK dealer event logistics nationwide, including CDK Connect and CDK’s presence at NADA. Prior to joining CDK, Jessie was an account development representative and held marketing and social media roles across various organizations. Jessie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing at Dominican University.
