As the Dean/Director of The Auto Diesel Institute (ADI) – Baker College, Jennifer brings over two decades of raw retail automotive experience to the table. Rising through the ranks from an accounting clerk to an executive operations director and top-tier executive consultant, she has spent her career helping dealers eliminate operational bottlenecks and scale profitability.
A self-proclaimed “data geek” and “accidental ‘Car Guy,'” Jennifer understands the exact friction points between dealership service bays and local classrooms. Now commanding the helm at ADI, she is teaching progressive dealers how to stop competing for a shrinking talent pool and instead construct their own highly flexible, self-sustaining technician pipelines.
