SOLON, OH – Cequent Consumer Products, Inc. CCP’s Cargo organizing products, sold under the brands Highland and Reese Carry Power, debuted at the Automotive Aftermarket Product Expo (AAPEX) in Las Vegas, NV November 1- 3, 2011. The interior organizer product line received a lot of attention and interest from attendees of the show that included retail buyers and automotive industry professionals.
CCP made the interior organizers a focal point of the at the leading industry show for automotive products, a show Cequent attends annually. Buyers and auto industry professionals couldn’t help but inquire about Cequent’s grand display of products. The new organizers were prominently displayed in an SUV parked in the booth.
“We are adding to our line of Highland On-the-Go and On-the-Go Select vehicle organizers with “new-to-market” products that focus on lifestyle specific storage and organization needs,” said Jennifer Moore, CCP Product Manager. “Our booth highlighted an extensive variety of organizers that can be used during the everyday commute or for family vacations. These new products were so well received – people truly could relate to the products and how they would use them in their vehicles!”
Next year, nine new organizers will be added to Highland’s existing line of vehicle organizers – many which are already available in fine retail stores. The new organizers include several for everyday items including, a snow brush and umbrella holder, gadget caddies for electronics and cell phones, a fold away pet bowl and a toy organizer for the floor. All of these new organizers were designed with the busy motorist in mind – for the daily commuter and the weekend road tripper.
Motorists don’t have to wait until these new products come out to get organized on-the-go! Several organizers are already in stores including a Trunk Organizer that comes with 3 reusable, mobile storage bags and a bumper cover, and the Office en Route with hidden laptop storage perfect for the busy professional. There is even an organizer for the family pet called the Pet Parent Traveler that comes with a detachable seat cover and holds bowls, leashes, bags, towels and more. An organizer every parent should have is the Back Seat Activity Center- perfect for keeping the kids busy on road trips.
