That’s not just marketing speak. It’s actually the result of an amazing transformation, driven by applying best-in-class online to in-store processes and tools. Indeed, their version of “busy” is far more productive than most: When I arrived to meet with management, I was impressed by the bustle and purpose of the team; and how the sales staff were working with customers using a process that fit with their busy lives.
