Through this newly segmented ability to rate both the cars and the dealership, high responses for performance and improvement areas were seen. Some of the statistics for users reading the reviews include:
- 484% more readers request brochures;
- 300% more readers book test drives;
- 509% more readers search for their local Kia dealer.
