U.S. Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac dealers reported 25,298 sales of certified pre-owned vehicles for the month of October, a 2 percent increase compared to last month, and also compared to last year. Additionally, through the past month, dealers reported an 11 percent increase of vehicle sales calendar year-to-date, reaching 256,496, compared to last month.

“October was a month of growth – from sales and share increases to consecutive inventory improvement – despite industry-wide decline,” said Larry Pryg, national manager, Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles. “This past month was another proof point of the value our program offers customers; specifically, our unique maintenance program, standard with all vehicles.”
During the month of October, the Chevrolet Impala led the way with the highest total sales. The top two sellers for each brand include:
