According to J.D. Supra, the Alliance of Automobile Manufacturers and the Association of Global Automakers recently filed against the California Air Resources Board, or CARB’s, Zero-Emission Vehicle (ZEV) petition. These goals, proposed to be in place by 2025, are likely unreachable, and no guarantees that so much electric conversion will be supported by customers.
