The industry’s premier event dedicated to Internet and technology solutions for franchised dealerships and the Washington State Auto Dealers Association (WSADA) announce plans for the Digital Dealer Workshop Seattle.
The Digital Dealer Conference & Exposition and WSADA are bringing a taste of the ultimate automotive digital strategy conference to the DoubleTree by Hilton Seattle Airport, WA on Wednesday, March 20, 2013. The one day Digital Dealer Workshop Seattle will offer attendees the opportunity to learn from a select list of the most innovative industry leaders, network with peers and discover new technology solutions.
The March 20th event will showcase a series of educational sessions focusing on key areas of dealership management including digital marketing, social media, new and pre-owned sales, data and analytics, reputation management, and customer loyalty.
“Technology and digital marketing continue to change at a rapid pace and there is a need for quality dealership education across the country” states Michael Roscoe, CEO of Dealer Communications. “We launched our first regional event in Houston, TX last year with great success and will now continue this model in Seattle, WA. In this new one day format, we can focus topics to the regional level and cover a wide variety of subject matter. After attending this regional workshop dealers and managers will not only be able to sell and service more vehicles more profitably, but also be able to explore more advanced subjects at future Digital Dealer events.”
WSADA Executive Vicki Giles Fabre attended the Digital Dealer Conference & Exposition for the first time last October. Vicki said “I was most impressed by the mix of education, networking, and exposure to new technology all in one location. Approximately 50% of our membership has attended a Digital Dealer Conference in the past. By offering a one day workshop in Seattle, we can reinforce the strategies many of our members have learned at Digital Dealer, and also offer first time exposure to the benefits of a focused automotive digital strategy conference.”
WSADA member Ryan Sawyer, VP/GM at Kia of Puyallup, WA added, “Attending the most recent Digital Dealer was a great way for me and our team to pick up new ideas and truly see how the digital space is changing our business. It allowed us the opportunity to make sure our technology enhances our process and matches our customers’ expectations. WSADA partnering with the Digital Dealer team is a great idea that I’m sure will prove extremely valuable for those that attend”.
The Digital Dealer Workshop Seattle event will draw attendance from WSADA’s nearly 300 dealer members and also will be promoted to dealerships across the Pacific Northwest including Oregon, Idaho, Montana, as well as stores in Western Canada and Northern California. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the Seattle Airport will be provided by the DoubleTree Hotel facilitating easy transportation for event guests.
A special registration rate will be available for WSADA members, but the event will be open to all interested dealerships. Registration will begin on February 4, 2013.
The one day event also will offer the opportunity for a limited number of sponsors to interact with the dealership audience. For more information contact Andy Tompkins at [email protected]. For speaking opportunities, contact Jim Apistolas at [email protected].
