According to Manheim Consulting, the Manheim Used Vehicle Value Index fell again in August. Manheim said wholesale used vehicle prices declined 0.4% in August. This was the fifth consecutive monthly decline and brought the Manheim Used Vehicle Value Index to a level of 120.7, down 2.4% from a year ago.
