Vehicle Investigation Opened by NHTSA

A preliminary investigation was opened late last week by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration of certain Toyota, Honda and General Motors vehicles, a story from The Detroit News said. According to the story, the vehicles being investigated include the 2006-2008 Toyota RAV4, the 2005 Honda Pilot and the 2007-2009 GMC Acadia/Saturn Outlook. NHTSA is looking into complaints of rear suspension failures on these vehicles, the story said.
