Shaun Raines (Moderator) is a 20-year automotive industry veteran who is dedicated to educating dealers and helping them effectively use the Internet to attract, acquire and retain customers. Raines spent almost eight years with Reynolds and Reynolds where he held management, training and sales positions. Raines eventually left Reynolds to start Dealer Advisor LLC, and in June 2009, joined ReachLocal as their director of automotive. Today, Raines is the executive director of DrivingSales University, the world’s premiere, interactive automotive educational platform. A sought after speaker, he has been a regular presenter at Digital Dealer conferences, OEM events, DSES, NADA and multiple industry conferences.
