NCM created the proprietary analysis tools in response to its clients’ need for a succinct yet robust review of its signature NCM reporting tools. Reality Check works in concert with NCM 20 Group composites, narrowing the range of dealership operating metrics to from 50 to 57 critical areas of influence. Dealership Heat Map acts as a dealership’s operations management dashboard to immediately spot performance trends by department, as compared to NCM Benchmark data. Reality Check and Dealership Heat Map will be demonstrated throughout the NADA event in the NCM exhibit booth #1288.
NCM Associates is launching its newest proprietary dealership operations analysis tools at NADA 2012, February 4-6 in Las Vegas. Reality Check (view video here: http://vidmails.com/p.php?s=995e4) is an at-a-glance summary of the entire operating composite report, focusing on from 50 to 57 key performance metrics and condensed into four succinct pages on the standard and online versions of all NCM automotive dealer 20 Group composites. Reality Check is comprised of a Charts section and a Grid section. The Charts section breaks down the opportunities by group member, and even further by departments for each member. The Grid section lists each performance metric, along with the page and line number where the detailed data may be found for a more productive review of the comprehensive composite report.
Dealership Heat Map (view video here: http://vidmails.com/p.php?s=9e87e) is designed as an online operations management dashboard tool in the form of a dealership blueprint. The blueprint changes colors according to each department’s monthly performance trends against NCM Benchmark averages. Depending on the trend of the shades, a dealer or general manager will be encouraged to click on a department, revealing a series of key performance indicator gauges. Each gauge allows the user to dig deeper into the operational trends for that key metric by way of the dealership’s web-based Profit Trend Analysis report, which reveals the dealership’s past 90-day performance against NCM Benchmark performers.
