Southlake, Texas — August 3, 2026 — Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions, a leading automotive dealership brokerage firm, is pleased to announce the successful sale of Norm Reeves Mazda, Hyundai and Genesis in Irving, Texas, from The CAR Group to Clay Cooley Auto Group. Following the acquisition, the dealerships will operate as Clay Cooley Mazda, Hyundai and Genesis.
Pinnacle represented the seller, The CAR Group, in the transaction, which closed on July 20, 2026, and was led by Bill Scrivner, founder and CEO of Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions.
