SAN DIEGO, CA [January 14, 2026] – Pierce Automotive Group announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Lexus Carlsbad and Lexus Escondido. The dealerships will continue operating under their current names, with no immediate changes to leadership or staffing planned.
Both dealerships have a deep and respected history in North County San Diego, rooted in a culture of exceptional customer care and thoughtful investment. Lexus Carlsbad has earned the “Elite of Lexus” award more times than any Lexus dealership in San Diego County, reflecting a long-standing commitment to customer satisfaction and the ownership experience. Lexus Escondido operates from a large, modern facility designed to serve customers at scale, including a dedicated delivery experience and on-site amenities. The property is also home to Vintana Restaurant, an established destination in North County.
