The transaction marks a new chapter for the dealership as it joins the growing portfolio of 2Autogroup. The store will continue operating under the Brookshire Hyundai name.
Pinnacle represented the seller, Bolton Automotive, led by King Bolton and Jeremy Soileau, in the transaction.
