Scottsdale, Ariz.— CNA National’s (CNAN) claims submission portal has won a 2025 MOTOR Top 20 Award from MOTOR Information Systems! This marks the company’s second win. Last year, its electric vehicle service contract (EVSC) received this notable recognition.
The claims submission portal is a custom-built, online, self-service tool for submitting and monitoring claims from initial diagnosis to payment.
Here are a few of the standout features:
- Quick response by CNAN’s claims adjustors
- Manufacturer warranty suggestions
- Validation of component coverage
- Submit claims for VSCs, tire and wheel, windshield and paintless dent repair
“We are thrilled to earn a MOTOR Top 20 Award for our proprietary claims portal,” said Mike Bacosa, vice president of claims. “I’m grateful to our team who worked extremely hard to design and build this custom, industry leading tool. At CNA National, we focus on customer service excellence, and this award showcases how our efforts are supporting that pillar of our culture.”
Winners represent some of the most innovative and exciting new developments from across the automotive industry.
