Throughout his career, he has helped scale emerging technology companies, launch industry-changing products, and build high-performing teams focused on revenue growth, customer success, and market expansion.
Brett currently serves as CEO, North America for AVILOO, the global leader in independent EV battery diagnostics and certification technology. In this role, he leads the company’s North American growth strategy, overseeing business development, strategic partnerships, market expansion, and enterprise relationships with OEMs, dealer groups, fleets, auctions, financial institutions, mobility providers, and automotive technology companies. His work is focused on increasing transparency and trust in the used EV marketplace through advanced battery health certification, data analytics, and innovative technology solutions that support EV adoption and maximize vehicle residual values.
Prior to AVILOO, Brett held executive leadership positions with companies including TrueCar, Lendgistics, Midway Auto Group, Scout Automotive, and SYCN Auto Logistics. As a founding member of TrueCar, he played a key role in scaling the company from startup to one of the automotive industry’s most recognized digital marketplaces, helping grow the business to over 5,000 dealerships and more than $50 million in revenue. Throughout his career, he has successfully led digital transformation initiatives, developed go-to-market strategies, built national sales organizations, and driven growth across automotive retail, fintech, logistics, and mobility technology sectors.
