Inventory Merchandising: The Next Generation, from Dominion Dealer Solutions.
Please forgive the Star Trek reference in the title. Not completely intended. Nonetheless, we are in the midst of a brave new world (another literary scifi reference) when it comes to effective inventory merchandising.
My plea to dealers is simple: explain yourself in as much detail as you can.
The three basics:
1) Describe your vehicles. With as much detail as possible. Use an automated commenting tool to help get the rich detail of your vehicles’ options into the description. Shoppers want to know the trim, the color of the interior, the type of audio system, etc. especially when purchasing a used vehicle.
