GSFSGroup also added a new consumer section designed to make it simple to find information about F&I products. Contact information is easily accessible when customers have additional questions while making a claim. Dealers can use the unique F&I Product Review Tool to educate consumers about available F&I products so they have a complete understanding of each product’s benefits. This tool can be uploaded directly to the dealer’s website to provide a seamless online experience for their customers.  Adding to the ease of use, updates to these tools are automatically sent out, effortlessly keeping all information current.
