Dunn Tire LLC has redesigned its website to work seamlessly across all devices, make it easier and faster for customers to get information, and simplify the tire purchasing process.
Dunn Tire’s fully responsive website offers an enhanced tire search function which is available from any page. The company says users can conveniently filter and sort results by price, brand, warranty, rating, season or to only show tires that have a current promotion or rebate.
In addition, the site continues to take advantage of built-in mobile GPS technology to help visitors quickly locate, save and contact the nearest Dunn Tire location.
“Our goal is to continually improve the customer experience both in our stores and online,” says Patrick Logue, managing director of retail operations.
“We monitored how visitors were interacting with our website and listened to customer feedback. We then used this intelligence to drive the website design and new features. We’ve really simplified the tire purchasing process across all devices. Users have total control and instant access to our complete inventory of tire brands and models.”
