Relations. In her new role, Etheridge will be heading up all client support efforts including customer service,
operational support, and onboarding of new clients.

Etheridge is an experienced operations professional with extensive knowledge in the automotive aftermarket
product space. Most recently she served as Product & Program Analyst for a leading F&I product
administrator, where she was responsible for building products and programs, procedure guides, and the
setup and support of dealers and agents. Prior to that, Etheridge worked at BMW Financial Services and
Fidelity Investments in other operations, client relations and support roles.
