Reynolds Highlights Intelligence at Every Touchpoint at NADA 2026

The exhibitor with the most consecutive appearances at NADA once again brings another full slate of innovative ideas and opportunities to the most anticipated event for dealership professionals.

DAYTON, Ohio – January 9, 2026 – Reynolds and Reynolds is proud to continue its tradition of exhibiting some of the most innovative opportunities for automobile dealerships in North America at the NADA Show 2026 in Las Vegas. Every year at this highly anticipated event, Reynolds unveils the latest technology to help dealerships be more profitable.

This year, artificial intelligence (AI) is taking center stage as Reynolds introduces a new AI agent, Rey, that spans across the entire Reynolds Retail Management System.

“Working with our customers, we recognized a foundational problem with most AI tools in our industry. They are working off siloed data sets that house duplicate, incomplete, and inaccurate information,” said Chris Walsh, president and acting CEO of Reynolds. “To solve for this, we built Spark AI, Reynolds’ unified data layer. And the outcomes for dealers have been outstanding – from appointment scheduling to used vehicle analysis to customer communications, our customers are experiencing huge efficiency gains.

“Spark AI has enabled us to bring Rey to the industry. It is the single biggest advancement in technology I have seen in my 39 years in this industry,” continued Walsh.

Rey is the industry’s cutting-edge AI assistant, accessible to any employee at the dealership to do everything from answering help questions and connecting them with the award-winning Technical Assistance Center to compiling and analyzing complex reporting to offering operational recommendations.

At NADA, Reynolds will demonstrate how its AI tools set the company apart, and how any dealership can benefit from those tools communicating across multiple applications and at any point in the customer journey.

Reynolds will also highlight the opportunity robotics poses to dealership service departments, showing how Relo, the parts delivery robot, can help keep technicians turn more hours and increase productivity.

Finally, Reynolds is bringing some of the industry’s top voices together on its Connected podcast, recorded on-site right in the middle of Reynolds’ village of booths. The best and brightest minds in the business will be sharing their insight into the greatest issues facing automotive retail today.

“Every day at Reynolds, we help our customers be as successful as possible. That is what drives us,” concluded Walsh. “And we can’t wait to share at NADA the new products that are doing just that.”
