Clement Ford Opens First-of-its-Kind Dealership with Ford’s New Signature 2.0 Design

Clement Auto Group has officially opened its new Clement Ford dealership in Wentzville, becoming the first dealership in the world to incorporate Ford’s new Signature 2.0 design standards. The $45 million facility pioneers a hospitality-first, sales-anywhere customer experience that Ford plans to roll out across its 2,000+ U.S. dealerships.

The grand opening, attended by senior Ford executives, showcased a new vision for automotive retail that emphasizes comfort and convenience over traditional sales pressure. The 71,000-square-foot dealership, located at 1015 S. Callahan Road, is designed to provide a consistent and immersive brand experience. Customers can begin their purchase online and finalize it at the dealership or complete the entire transaction from home.

“It is the nicest Ford facility to-date in the world,” stated Rob Kaffl, Ford Motor Co. Executive Director of U.S. Sales, Market Representation & Dealer Relations, who attended the grand opening festivities.

Ford’s Signature 2.0 Design

The new design philosophy is evident throughout the facility. The showroom features a customer lounge with comfortable seating, power stations, a fireplace, and a coffee and snack bar. A dedicated Ford Bronco Showroom offers an “outdoorsy” theme, while a retail zone sells Ford-branded merchandise. A unique “Celebration Bay” provides an enhanced vehicle delivery experience complete with special lighting and design elements.

The state-of-the-art service department includes 38 climate-controlled service bays with skylights, an on-site car wash, and drive-over automatic tire tread and wheel alignment checks. Customers can watch their vehicles being serviced from a dedicated guest hub inside the dealership. The new location is also fully equipped for electric vehicles (EVs), with charging stations and certified technicians.

The Future for Clement Auto Group

The investment in the Wentzville location is part of Clement Auto Group’s broader expansion in the St. Louis region. The group has invested over $55 million in its two Wentzville dealerships. The former Clement Ford location in O’Fallon has been converted into a Ford Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center.
