(“GM Financial” or the “Company”), announced the pricing of a $1.0 billion offering of automobile receivables-backed securities through lead managers Deutsche Bank Securities; Goldman, Sachs & Co.; RBC Capital Markets; and RBS. Co-managers are Citigroup and Credit Suisse. GM Financial uses net proceeds from securitization transactions for long-term financing of its receivables.
The securities will be issued via an owner trust, AmeriCredit Automobile Receivables Trust 2013-1 in seven classes of Notes:
The weighted average coupon on the Notes to be paid by GM Financial is 1.2%.

The 2013-1 transaction will have initial credit enhancement of 7.25%, consisting of a 2.00% cash deposit and 5.25% overcollateralization. Total required enhancement will build to 14.25% of the then-outstanding receivable pool balance, which includes the initial 2.00% cash deposit.
