The NorthCoast 99 Award honors great workplaces for top talent in Northeast Ohio. Established in 1999, the program was developed and is presented by the Employers Resource Council (ERC) – Northeast Ohio’s leading and largest professional organization dedicated to HR practices, programs and services.
