He currently moderates six BHPH 20 groups and is the lead instructor for the NCM Institute’s BHPH training programs, “Sell More, Profit More” and “Collect the Cash, Not the Cars.” Both programs will be held in late April at the NCM Institute training facility in Kansas City and participants will receive an exclusive discount registration voucher for the Dealer Academy, compliments of NABD president, Ken Shilson.
Carmichael will be participating with Shilson in two education sessions at the Dealer Academy, “Developing Your Business Model for Success” and “Increasing Your Ups and Finding More Good Customers,” and in two General Session programs, “BHPH Trends / Benchmarks” and “Large and Smaller Operators Panels.” Representatives from Memphis Auto Sales & Consulting, Kane’s Auto Exchange and Ascent Auto Finance will be included on the panels; all are successful BHPH operators and NCM BHPH 20 Group clients.
The NABD Dealer Academy will be held May 14-16 at The Palazzo in the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas. The National Conference for Buy Here, Pay Here will follow on May 16-18.
