Founder of Phone Ninjas Explains What Should and Shouldn’t Be Said on the Telephone

Jerry Thibeau, the founder of Phone Ninjas – a firm providing phone training for automotive professionals nationwide – will be sharing his expertise with automotive dealers and managers during a live mystery shopping event with randomly selected dealerships.

Upon completion of the mystery shop, those selected dealership will be evaluated and suggestions will be made for improvement in how they handle their phone calls. Those randomly selected for a mystery shop will be eligible to win one of five valuable prizes.

Jerry Thibeau will be mystery shopping dealerships live during his session at the 12th Digital Dealer Conference & Exposition. A similar event was a real crowd-pleaser at the 11th Digital Dealer Conference & Exposition.  You will not want to miss this exciting experience. One never knows what might happen on a live mystery shop!

Jerry Thibeau is the founder of Phone Ninjas, a firm providing effective phone training for automotive professionals nationwide. Thibeau has successfully held a number of positions in the automotive business since 1985 and is known as one of the most influential phone coaches in the industry. He has personally trained in his methods  – focused on phone script and structure — well over 10,000 dealership personnel during the last seven years, and has helped train dealership personnel with tips, techniques and solutions that have increased appointment ratios and sales volume.
