As a nationally recognized trainer and consultant in the automotive industry, Haygood has over 12 years factory and retail experience, specializing in Internet sales, phone skills training and BDC operations. He has produced highly profitable, consistent results for both large, multi-franchise dealer groups and independently owned stores for the past 10 years.
Matt Murray brings more than eight years of technical and software training to his role as an OEM account director for Dealer.com. His expertise includes search, social media marketing and best practices training for dealerships and manufacturers. In his five years with the company, Murray has helped thousands of dealers maximize their digital marketing efforts using Dealer.com solutions. Currently he manages Dealer.com’s East Coast Enterprise Sales team while assisting with ongoing digital marketing strategy development and implementation. Prior to joining Dealer.com, Murray spent six years in the United States Navy, serving in every major theater as both operator and trainer of forward deployed forces.
