The deadline for speaker proposals for Digital Dealer Conference & Expo (Oct. 8-10, 2024, in Las Vegas) is set for March 12, 2024. Accepted speakers will be notified by May 1, 2024.
Digital Dealer brings actionable insights to automotive dealers and managers through its conference program. Digital Dealer is looking for speakers who will present brand-new, fresh topics (no recycled/outdated content or strategies that go against best practices, etc.) built around the most up-to-date data, trends, and proven approaches to help dealerships solve pain points or tap into new growth opportunities.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals with expertise, proven approaches, and cutting-edge strategies that dealerships can implement for greater success in marketing/advertising, sales, service, or all facets of dealership operations.
Automotive dealers and managers (from all departments), OEMs, associations, seasoned automotive consultants and trainers, auto retail solution providers, as well as out of industry experts are encouraged to apply!
Submission Requirements
Before submitting a speaking proposal, please note that all sessions must be new (presented for the first time at Digital Dealer), educational (strictly non-promotional), and provide actionable insights.
When submitting a proposal, Digital Dealer will ask for:
- A session title, one that would entice attendees to go to the session. The title should be compelling and descriptive, giving dealership attendees a clear idea of what the session covers.
- Choose one of four Session Tracks: Dealer Ops & Leadership, Marketing & Advertising; Sales & Variable Ops; or Fixed Ops.
Choose the tag that best describes your session - Select your preferred Session Type
- What audience skill level/ability is this session designed for
- Provide a detailed session description that details what attendees will learn and take away from your presentation. Write as you would have it appear in the conference program guide, in third-person, present tense.
- Learning Objectives
- Explain how you will conduct the presentation. You are challenged to be informative, creative and interactive. Provide enough detail that reviewers can clearly visualize your presentation.
- Provide a URL to your 60-second teaser video. Please ensure your video settings are set to “unlisted.” Sessions with videos that have company logos or promotional content will not be accepted. The teaser video is factored into proposal decisions. If a proposal is selected, Digital Dealer may also use the video to promote the speaking session.
