Yamaha adds Build Your Own accessory site for new Wolverine, from Dealernews.com.
CYPRESS, Calif. – Yamaha continues its focus on personalization, announcing a new Build Your Own website for its 2016 Wolverine R-Spec performance side-by-side, a unit that already has more than 35 OEM accessories affiliated with it when it launched two months ago.
Yamaha’s BYO websites enable customers to personalize and accessorize their new vehicles in a virtual environment, so they can see what their machine might look like after all the OEM add-ons.
The Wolverine R-Spec model was unveiled in January and is scheduled for production this month in Newnan, Ga. Aimed at the former trail rider who now prefers more comfort and handling without sacrificing performance, the unit is a natural fit for the nearly three dozen accessories he or she might want to put on it.
