UVeye is attending Digital Dealer from October 8-10, 2024 and demoing the BDC Booster at booth number 914.
UVeye has launched its BDC Booster, an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered sales intelligence and engagement platform designed to enhance dealership operations, at the 2024 Digital Dealer Conference and Expo.
Leveraging it’s unique AI-powered vehicle inspection data, UVeye officials are promoting the BDC Booster as helping car dealerships increase customer loyalty and retention, boost conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.
“By providing actionable data in real-time, our BDC Booster enables car dealerships to unlock the full potential of their customer base and deliver personalized service that keeps them coming back,” said Amir Hever, CEO and Co-Founder of UVeye.
Introducing BDC Booster
Hever offers that in today’s competitive market, dealerships are struggling to retain clients and foster loyalty as customers turn to alternative service providers or neglect routine maintenance. This results in missed revenue opportunities for the dealership and can pose safety risks to drivers.
The BDC Booster, integrated with UVeye’s AI-powered vehicle inspection system, offers dealerships data-driven insights into their customers’ needs. UVeye’s inspection system scans vehicles in real-time, generating visual reports that highlight essential repair or maintenance issues, ensuring critical problems are never overlooked.
“Leveraging AI-powered vehicle inspections and advanced analytics, dealerships can now convert routine checkups into long-term customer loyalty and business growth,” stated Hever. “It brings customer engagement to a whole new level.”
Lead Generator
By leveraging UVeye’s comprehensive data, the BDC Booster identifies customers who have come in for inspections but haven’t followed through with recommended services, according to Hever. The platform then segments leads based on actual vehicle conditions, pinpointing customers most likely to convert. This helps dealerships increase retention and generate new business opportunities by enabling personalized, targeted campaigns designed to encourage customers to proceed with maintenance and repairs.
UVeye offers a fully automated suite of vehicle inspection systems. The company’s AI-powered drive-thru systems can detect external or mechanical flaws and identify damages, modifications, or foreign objects under and around a vehicle within seconds. It is installed at hundreds of dealerships, auction, and fleet sites across the United States and around the world.
The new offering comes after the company announced a $100 million Series D last year, bringing its total funding to $200 million. Amazon has recently announced a roll out of hundreds of inspection systems at their last mile delivery sites.
Marketing Focus
Hever notes that BDC Booster is new frontier for the New Jersey-based company. While UVeye has supported dealerships fixed and variable operations departments, this is the first time the company is offering a dedicated tool that can help bolster marketing departments. Among the benefits of UVeye is that it can detect:
- Tire issues such as marginal tread and wear and tear, as well as tires which have reached their expiration date and present a safety hazard
- Underbody issues worth revisiting such as leaks
- Scratches, dents, and rim damage, which provide an opportunity for restoration
As for how this would benefits dealers, Uveye officials said dealers achieved a 9X return on every dollar spent in conducted pilots. And by uncovering new business opportunities with existing customers, the tool can boost conversion rates by 25 percent or more as well as customer loyalty and retention can improve by 4-5 percent.
Kelly Testimonial
Kelley Kelly, Owner/Operator at Kelly Cadillac, reported the system was simple to setup and seamlessly integrated with their DMS and customer database. But what really sets the program apart in Kelly’s eyes was the ability to leverage manufacturer rebates, allowing us to offer the best deals to customers.
“We sent clients their last scan to highlight the issues, and the scans truly speak for themselves,” said Kelly. “We achieved an impressive 807 percent ROI on marginal tread repairs and rim damage repairs. The tool’s targeted approach directly impacts revenue while providing exceptional value, both to us and our customers.”
The BDC Booster is currently available to over 300 dealerships which utilize the UVeye car inspection system and will be offered to new dealer partners.
