One community is looking to implement new rules for auto repair shops in an effort to protect consumers, a story from the Houston Chronicle said. The story said the new rules would require repair shops to get a signed written approval from the customer before they make repairs on the vehicles. The proposal was delayed in a city council meeting last week the story said.
