AutoLoop, LLC, a leading provider of customer engagement marketing solutions for automotive dealers nationwide, announced today that it has acquired CAR-Research, developer of XRM, one of the industry’s most customizable and user-friendly CRM software solutions.
Houston-based CAR-Research has developed a CRM specifically designed to conform to dealers’ individual business processes, helping to organize, automate and synchronize all customer interactions, including sales, service, marketing and more. CAR-Research’s technology complements AutoLoop’s already rich product line and furthers the company’s overall goals of developing customer engagement solutions that are increasingly broader in scope, according to AutoLoop CEO Steve Anderson.
Anderson went on to state that the acquisition would contribute to AutoLoop’s goal of remaining the most comprehensive, cost-effective engagement platform resource for dealerships and OEMs. “We’re committed to the continued evolution of automotive engagement marketing,” he said. The new company will offer a wide range of marketing products, including a full-service call center, integrated CRM and a full array of customer engagement solutions.
