BDC 3.0: How to Help Your Store Acquire More Customer Vehicles
As dealers look to acquire more inventory directly from customers, they often tap their BDCs to help. But here’s the problem: The ask often requires a new process, and a lot more information from sales and service about the customer and the trade/purchase offer for their current vehicle, than many BDCs are equipped to deliver. This session will help you bridge the gap, delivering best practices and process points to help your BDC drive more vehicle acquisitions and sales.
Key Takeaways:
- Connect your customer outreach to the last conversation or touchpoint about the customer’s vehicle
- Prioritize interested customers to boost your BDC team efficiency
- Answer customer questions about current purchase/trade-in offers
Omnichannel: Is it Your Dealership’s Kiss of Death or Pot of Gold? Ensuring Your Tech and Processes Deliver Gold, Not CPR
Each year, our industry has a “hot topic” that promises to revolutionize the automotive industry. This year, it’s all about omnichannel strategies. While 82% of shoppers want to use more digital tools, only 11% desire a complete digital retail experience, meaning 89% of the market craves a seamless omnichannel approach doing some parts of the deal online and some parts in-person / offline, but with the unified goal of enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales.
However, research reveals that many dealers are falling short of delivering on this promise, leaving consumers with unmet needs in trade, car purchase, and F&I. This session will identify the “risk zones” in your dealership’s omnichannel strategy and provide actionable processes mapping out the step-by-step to ensure your approach is the lifeline for your business, not a desperate attempt at CPR.
Attend this session to learn how to achieve a competitive advantage: ultimately, mastering omnichannel strategies will give your dealership a significant competitive advantage, positioning you as a leader in delivering exceptional consumer experiences steered towards what today’s car buyers say they want, need and prefer.
Key Takeaways:
- Enhance consumer experience: discover new ways to meet consumer needs across trade, car purchase, and F&I, ensuring a smooth transition from online to in-person interactions. Learn what today’s car consumers say they want, need, prefer and prioritize.
- Identify risk zones: learn to pinpoint areas in your dealership’s operations that may hinder a successful omnichannel strategy.
- Implement effective processes: gain insights into the practical steps you need to take to transform your omnichannel strategy into a robust, life-saving approach that boosts customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
