With registration opening up today for Digital Dealer Conference and Expo 2025, we want to detail the exciting changes made for the show this year.
#DDCE2025, coming to the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas on October 14 and 15, is the event that brings the auto retail community together. Attendees are able to cultivate business relationships and growth through its expo, networking, and sessions that attracts dealership and OEM professionals from across the U.S. who are seeking new ways of enhancing sales, service, and marketing facets of dealer operations.
After hearing feedback, the changes we have made for #DDCE2025 include:
- 9 dedicated Expo Hall hours
- A more focused show over two days as we have overhauled our speaking schedule
- Expo only pass are now $100 when you register before May 30, making it more affordable for your dealership to come to the show.
- Updated sponsorship packages and inclusions to better serve our partners
New Focus on Expo Hall
At the forefront of our changes is ensuring attendees are focused on the Expo Hall. This year, we will have dedicated hours to drive dealers to the floor to explore the solutions throughout the expo hall. Featured in the Expo Hall will be 10 sessions featured on the Expo Hall Stage, plus a new program called Solutions Showcase where participating exhibitors give their 90 second elevator pitch directly to dealers in the hall.
Additionally, each day will end with attendees having access to receptions held on the floor itself.
Ted Talks and Workshops
Attendees last year noted their FOMO about having to choose between multiple sessions. The schedule this year will ensure there is minimal concurrent sessions and our keynote address will kick off first day of conference. Sessions this year will feature a more modern educational presentation on targeted topics in two formats:
- Day One will offer 25-minute educational Ted Talk-style sessions
- Day Two will have 90-minute hands on workshops.

New Digital Dealer Faces
DDCE2025 is welcoming two new faces helping to reinvigorate the event: Group Show Director Jaymie Nielsen and Account Executive Corey Lewis. Nielsen, who brings 15 years of experience to DDCE2025, said “I am excited to be part of a wonderful team and looking forward to working with a thriving community and building relationships.”
Lewis, who has over a half decade of selling into digital technology space, said “I am eager to build relationships that help Digital Dealer grow.”
