Speakers:
Lindsay Rios
Director of Sales and CX, TABLE CX
Lindsay began her customer experience career selling to auto enthusiasts with the Hendrick Automotive Group for the MINI and BMW brands. She became that dealership’s first official lease portfolio manager providing a process focused on the customer spending as little time in the dealership as possible and as much time on enjoying their new car. Customer loyalty went up for the dealership and customer satisfaction went up for the customers. In 2014 she made the switch to selling software and flourished within the fast-paced start-up life, later managing the national sales department. She then joined the Corporate Sales team at HubSpot, a leader in marketing and sales automation software, selling to their largest accounts. At HubSpot, she fine-tuned her customer experience skills before making the switch to TABLE, where she heads our Sales and CX teams. Lindsay believes the best way to sell is to provide an excellent experience throughout the entire customer journey.
