Gubagoo, the leading provider of digital retailing and conversational commerce for automotive dealerships, announced its Virtual Retailing and ChatSmart products are officially certified by the Automotive Standards Council (ASC).
This important certification helps automotive dealers, vendors, and manufacturers join forces to support the industry’s best interests in creating universal standards and guidelines for the transition to Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
“These certifications reflect Gubagoo’s commitment to collaboration, and its focus on creating the best outcomes for its customers,” said Brad Title, president of Gubagoo. “With the transition to Google Analytics 4 complete, it’s vital reporting is standardized so dealerships get the most out of their data.”
The ASC is dedicated to supporting the industry’s best interests by creating universal standards and guidelines for GA4, in partnerships with Brian Pasch Enterprises. While being a consolidated source to send requests to Google regarding changes to GA to support retail reporting, the council also plans to publish online standards, best practices, and training materials.
The formation of the ASC for GA4 ensures previous standardization errors will not be repeated.
