An improperly stitched side curtain air bag in the 2012 Audi A6 is causing Volkswagen to recall a little over 300 vehicles, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s website said. The seam in the air bags, the website said, may not be stitched correctly and might cause the air bag to not deploy properly in a crash.
