#DDCE2025 is coming to the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas on October 14 and 15, and we’ve completely reimagined the format based on attendee feedback.
The show has been redesigned to offer a more focused experience over two days, with restructured sessions and expanded expo hall time. The new format gives attendees the time and space to focus on what matters most to them.
Here are some of the biggest changes we’ve implemented for 2025:

- 25-minute expert led talks that provide a deep understanding of the topics and trends dominating the industry today, all in an easy-to-digest package.
- 90-minute hands-on, immersive sessions so you leave with a clear understanding of not just what to do but how to execute it.
Through a reduction in session overlap, updated session formats, dedicated time to explore the expo hall, and structured networking, this year’s agenda is built to help you go from strategy to action.
“We’ve reimagined the conference experience to prioritize quality over quantity,” said Group Show Director Jaymie Nielsen. “By streamlining sessions, eliminating panels, and carving out more intentional networking time, we’re creating space for deeper conversations, stronger connections, and insights that actually move the needle.”
Dedicated Expo Hall Time
No more needing to choose between an insightful session and an innovative exhibitor booth. This year, we will have dedicated hours on the floor, so dealers get uninterrupted time to discover new solutions in marketing, advertising and digital operations, make connections with peers, and fast-track their buying decisions.
There will be hours of valuable networking time for attendees out on the Expo Hall Floor with great exhibitors from across the auto landscape. Attendees should also check out the DealerTech Live Stage as there will be 10 sessions featured throughout the time spent in the Expo Hall. Each 20-Minute talk will offer attendees valuable insights into current industry trends as well as perspectives into the future of automotive retail.
25-Minute Expert-led Talks
Perhaps the biggest change we’ve made this year is our all-new quick 25-minute expert-led talks. These insightful sessions provide a deep understanding of the topics and trends dominating the industry today, all in an easy-to-digest package.
The fast-paced talks are led by real dealers and experts focused on solving the challenges you face every day, like generating leads, retaining staff, and navigating digital transformation. We’ve optimized our sessions to better serve attendees with content designed to deliver quick wins they can immediately apply to their business.
The bitesize content pieces allow for attendees to get to more sessions they’re interested in and spend more time on the enhanced Expo Hall floor. These are the sessions that will lay the groundwork for your entire Digital Dealer experience.
