You may think I’ve lost it for saying this…. but- STOP CHASING LEADS! Chasing leads is a waste of time & ad dollars, but there are opportunites on Facebook you’re not using that can increase sales while decreasing the time you spend chasing!

#1- Lead Ads While many say that lead ads still require major follow up, there are some procedural changes you can make when creating your lead ads that optimize your ad. Consider the way you’re wording your question– it needs to engage your audience while also achieving your end goal of learning something specific about a given customer. Ask tactful questions that help qualify your leads– so you can spend less time vetting the leads you’ve chased down.

#2- Messenger Ads This ad type is a great way to achieve a 1-on-1 conversation with your audience, and so few advertisers are utilizing it. The easiest way to utilize this ad type is by employing a messenger bot to handle following up on customer conversations– but nothing beats the human touch. If you have someone within your company that you can delegate to personally handling your Facebook Messenger- I HIGHLY recommend it.

Pro- Tip: If you’re having trouble reengaging your Messenger leads, try contacting them… BACK ON MESSENGER! Reach back out to them in the way they’ve made clear they’re comfortable.
