GM Recalls 40,000 Vehicles to Fix a Fuel Leak

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s website, General Motors is recalling 40,859 vehicles to fix a problem with a leak in the fuel pump. This problem could cause the fuel to leak, resulting in a fire.

The following vehicles are included in the recall:

  • 2007-2009 Chevrolet Cobalt
  • 2007 Chevrolet Equinox
  • 2007-2009 Pontiac G5
  • 2007 Pontiac Torrent
  • 2007 Pontiac Ion
