According to Pursuitist, the most expensive cars of 2012 that were sold at auction included a ’20s Bentley “Blower”, a ’55 Sport Berlinetta, a ’62 Ferrari California, a growling-ly elegant ’68 Ford GT40 driven by Steve McQueen, and others. All bid above $8 million, and likely to make any car enthusiast pant.
