These courses will cover a wide range of topics from collections to long-term success in the BHPH industry. Kerr also serves as an NCM 20 Group moderator and consultant, bringing his multiple years of BHPH expertise to help other dealerships improve their sales, collections, charge-off losses, profit, and cash flow. In fact, NCM is currently accepting applications for two new BHPH 20 Groups that Kerr will moderate: BHPH Service 20 Group and Cash Flow Success 20 Group.
