The Ciocca Dealership group is growing its holdings in Pennsylvania.
The agreement has Ciocca purchasing Apple Automotive, the automotive division of York County, Pa- based Stewart Companies. Terms of the deal was not disclosed, with the final transaction expected to be completed in February 2024.
Ciocca Dealerships is a family-owned company operating 42 dealerships and 12 collision centers that represent 25 automotive brands across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Gregg Ciocca, owner and founder of Ciocca Dealerships, said in a press statement that he is “honored to steward the Apple Automotive legacy into the future.”

Apple Automotive encompasses 10 auto dealerships across York County, PA, representing 10 automotive brand franchises as well as two used auto dealerships, six collision centers, two car washes and a wholesale parts business.
Reason for Stewart Sales
Stewart Companies officials, a family-owned company that encompasses businesses across the building products, construction and real estate industries, said the decision sell is part of the company’s long-range strategic effort focused on further expanding those core business. In selling to Ciocca, the company met its objective to ensure a future for its auto division.
