SUFFIELD, CT–Evans Cooling Systems is pleased to announce that the Honda World Motocross team is joining forces with Evans to supply its revolutionary cooling products during the 2013 season in Europe.
Evans began its relationship with the team late last year when the Honda World Motocross team started using Evans’ waterless coolant products during performance tests in Europe, as well as with Honda’s R&D department in Japan. After finding good results with Evans’ products, Honda welcomed Evans on board with the team as an official Technical Sponsor for its campaign in the MX1 World Championship this season.
“I am pleased to announce that Evans Coolants will be coming on-board for the 2013 season with the Honda World Motocross team,” says Roger Harvey, Honda Motor Europe’s Off-Road Manager. “As with all of our technical partners, we put the products through a rigorous testing regime and are pleased to say that we are impressed with the outcome of Evans’ products for use with our CRF450R machines.”
With decades of experience and development, Evans’ waterless coolant is the choice of many professional racers, as the company has created specific formulations for a range of vehicle types with the focus on improving performance, as well as keeping engines cool in the toughest of conditions. With the intense calendar of the MX1 World Championship across numerous types of terrain in different climates, the machines are raced in some of the most challenging conditions, making it vital that the team has the best quality cooling products.
Evans Powersports Coolant contains no water and offers an increase in performance, low pressurization, no corrosion to engine components and eliminates boilover with a boiling point of over 375°F. The team is looking forward to working with Evans throughout the season and putting the company’s products to the ultimate test with the factory CRF450R, while aiming for victory in the MX1 World Championship series.
